I have fallen in love with something that I’ve stopped doing years ago, when I started working full time.

I can still remember my first embroidery project that I did with my mom when I was a teenager ;-).  And now many many years later, my kids are all grown up and I found myself doing embroidery again.

Now I have to do something with these embroidery pieces, so I’ve decided to start making cushions (so who know what my home will look like in a years time if I continue this trend!)

It was so much fun, I even managed to figure out how to make the piping from scratch.  Here are some photos of my first cushion, start to finish.
