I’ve just finished a little project I’ve been quietly excited about—laser-engraved wooden coasters, each one personalised with a team member’s name and their tea or coffee order.

Whether it’s milky with two sugars or coffee, no sugar, everyone has their go-to brew—and now their own coaster to match. It’s a fun and practical way to bring a bit of personality to the tea rounds and hopefully avoid the classic “who’s this mug for?” situation.

It’s a small gesture, but one I hope brings a smile (and maybe sparks a few friendly debates over the right way to make tea).

Just a little project to make the everyday that bit more thoughtful. Now to wrap them up and surprise the team!
